How to request account deletion
Send a deletion request to support@farmakomed.eu with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What is deleted for Personal Plus and Family users
When we process your deletion request, we will delete your account credentials, all synced data, and your email address from our records.
What remains on your device
Data stored locally on your device is not affected by an account deletion request. To remove local data, delete the FarmakoMed app or use the in-app data deletion option.
Processing
We will process your deletion request as promptly as reasonably possible.
Identity verification
We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the deletion.
